Australian Laser & Skin Clinics faced significant challenges with brand perceptions, creating a disconnect with their clientele. Multiple variations of the old identity created confusion and undermined the brand’s credibility, leaving customers with a disjointed and unprofessional impression.
The need for a streamlined and cohesive identity was clear—one that would reflect the brand’s commitment to quality and professionalism. Our strategy-first™ process commenced with a strategic workshop to uncover insights and guide our approach to the rebrand.
The outcome was a unified and refined identity that would enhance customer trust, solidify brand credibility, and ensure a consistent, professional presence across all locations.
Brand Identity
For the new Australian Laser & Skin brand identity, we recommended simplifying the name by dropping “clinics,” resulting in a more impactful and memorable brand presence. The updated identity retained the distinctive purple colour, crucial for maintaining brand recognition among their clients. Drawing from the Greek heritage of the ownership, we integrated the Greek symbol for goddess to evoke a sense of elevated experience and excellence. This was creatively merged with an abstract representation of the Australian map, resulting in a unique, timeless, and relevant symbol that resonates with both their heritage and their Australian roots.
Extended partnership
Building on the success of their new brand identity, Australian Laser & Skin extended their partnership with Sentius to include signage across all 13 locations, social media and campaign creative, and updates to their website design and development.
We revamped the store signage across all locations to enhance consistency and elevate brand perception.
The striking purple signage has become a defining element of their visual identity.
